Payment methods

Customers can pay for ordered products in different ways:

1. CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery means that, during checkout, you choose delivery to the specified address by DPD Slovenia, which you pay directly (cash or card).

If you are not home during delivery, you will find a delivery attempt notice. Delivery time for ordered items is 1–5 days. Shipping is free for orders over €60; for orders up to €60 a delivery fee of €3.90 is charged.

The seller is not responsible for delays by DPD Slovenia or for damage to packaging. The customer should inspect the goods immediately and, in case of damage to packaging or the product, contact DPD Slovenia right away and, together with the courier, complete a damage report.

3. PAYMENT BY PRO FORMA INVOICE

When ordering in the online store, you can also choose payment via online banking (pro forma invoice). In this case, we will email you a pro forma invoice for the ordered product. 4. CARD PAYMENT — Stripe

Online payment (pay by credit card via the online payment interface — redirect to a secure payment page).

5. PAYMENT VIA PayPal

By payment cards via the PayPal service (PayPal is a secure and widely used system for online payments).

PayPal can be used by both individuals and companies.

PayPal offers two payment options: with a PayPal account or with a credit card.

6. Regardless of the selected payment method, you will receive the invoice for your purchase in the package together with the ordered goods.
