Returns
The consumer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the goods, to notify AMO, Mojca Mia Prodan s.p. in writing or by completing the return form, that they withdraw from the contract, without having to state a reason.
The notice is considered timely if sent within the deadline. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods.
AMO, Mojca Mia Prodan s.p. refuses cash-on-delivery return shipments, therefore the shipment must be sent with no charges. The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the withdrawal notice. The goods are considered returned on time if sent before the expiry of the 14-day return period.
The buyer must return the goods undamaged and unused, in unchanged quantity and in original packaging with all accompanying documentation (original purchase invoice and warranty sheet), by post to: AMO, Mojca Mia Prodan s.p., Pobeškova cesta 54 a, 6000 Koper.
The company must refund payments as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen days after withdrawal. In sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received.
The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods if the diminution results from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. AMO, Mojca Mia Prodan s.p. reserves the right to reduce the refund in case of returning a damaged product or to reject the claim. We take care of product quality, therefore we visually inspect goods upon receipt and before shipping. If you discover any damage, you must notify us immediately upon receipt and provide proof with a photo showing the damage and the warranty sheet to our email address info@amo-pure-energy.com
For consumers who withdraw from the order, we offer a credit note in the amount paid for future purchases in the online store www.amo-pure-energy.com or we refund the purchase price to the customer's provided bank account.
