Purchase process
By clicking on the desired product, you will also see the “Add to cart” button next to the technical details, which starts the purchase process.
In the Cart section you can see all selected products and freely change their quantity and the cart contents. Here you can also enter a discount code if you have one. By clicking the “Checkout” button you move to the start of the checkout process.
To purchase, you need to create a user account or sign in to an existing one. Please be careful and accurate when entering all details so there are no delivery delays due to an incorrect address, or so we can reach you regarding delivery due to an incorrect phone number or email.
Next you choose the delivery method. You can choose between free shipping (for purchases over €60) and standard shipping (delivery cost €3.50 for purchases up to €60) to the desired address.
The next step is choosing the payment method for delivery to the specified address. You can choose cash on delivery, pro forma invoice, card payment — Stripe, or PayPal.
To continue, in this step you must confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click the Continue button.
A final review of the selected items follows, and you confirm the order by clicking the button. Order with obligation to pay.
You will receive an email notification with your purchase containing the products and quantities selected. When we review and accept the order, you will receive an order confirmation which also confirms that we have accepted your order.
Order:
- The purchase contract is concluded in Slovenian and is binding for the buyer and the seller.
- Ordering is available online 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
- After placing the order, the buyer receives an email notification that the order has been received, including the products and quantities selected.
- Accepted orders are treated as irrevocable and will be fulfilled.
- If you wish to cancel the order, please notify us no later than 6 hours after placing the order to the email address info@amo-pure-energy.com.
We reserve the right to cancel the order in cases where the ordered products are out of stock.
If the customer has already paid via pro forma invoice, we will refund the full amount to the agreed bank account or via the relevant payment platforms.
All purchase contracts are stored under “My account” and you can access them at any time.
